The core pigment gene originates from natural Isatis tinctoria (Radix Isatidis), which is efficiently produced through microbial systems after gene optimization and biosynthesis regulation. This not only retains the natural characteristics of Isatis tinctoria but also enhances its performance in terms of color fastness (wash/rub resistance), ecological compatibility (no chemical residues, biodegradable), and skin affinity (low allergenicity).
